2016 picks up where we left off in Mauritania and involves a ride through West Africa; including Senegal, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia, Cote d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Ghana.

Dinner tonight in the casbah offered a great menu. My personal favourite was the chicken and pistachio pie; covered in filo pastry, cinnamon and icing sugar.
